We had Dave do our boiler service. Definitely 5 star service. Dave is a lovely guy and fills you with confidence from the outset. He was efficient... and did the job without any fuss. He also spent time with us talking us through (and changing the settings for us) how our system worked and optimising it to be more efficient. We use David religiously for any plumbing installations/maintenance. We've had David to service boilers in 2 houses and fit a new boiler which... required a lot of work to move it from where it was and install multiple radiators in the house.He's fantastic and cannot recommend him enough. He turns up when he says he will, he turns up on time, works tidy & efficiently and is just a pleasure in general. Cannot recommend enough and wouldn't dream of using anyone else.read more

David first came to a repair call out on my boiler; when I was finding it difficult to get help he was immediately responsive, arranging a next day... appointment. He arrived on time and did an excellent job that gave me confidence in the work carried out, and only charged a call out fee.On another occasion I had to cancel some work I’d arranged for him to do and, even though he’d ordered items, he was extremely gracious and insisted there was no problem.I would highly recommend him, both for his polite and professional manner and his knowledge and skills.read more

I called David to service my combi boiler and the couldn't of asked for a better service.Him and his colleague was very helpful with everything I... asked, They even sorted out my radiator that needed bleeding with no extra cost. I’m very pleased with the service provided by David Roberts. My tenant had water leaking from a brass pipe and David was able to attend within hours... to fix the leak at a reasonable cost. Excellent service from David who has just fitted a new boiler, changed 5 radiators and installed a new one. Nothing was too much trouble. We are at... the start of renovating the house, but David still insisted on removing his shoes and cleaning up each day.Very quick to respond to queries and got a quote out by return. overall was a Great service, very competitive price and quick to respond.

New boiler was fitted within the day, very neat job, tidy and... cleaned afterward.

Even when the boiler had a bit of an issue on commissioning went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t left without hot water.

I have known David and used his services for over ten years now. He has done a variety of jobs for me over this time. He has installed a new boiler... in a rental property I own and has done the gas safety check there every year for the last 5 years. As well as this he has done many jobs for me in my own home from small repairs, to changing radiators and also fitting me a full bathroom suite from start to finish which looks absolutely fantastic. If I ever have any plumbing or heating issues he is always the first person I would ring, because I know his knowledge is fantastic and the job would be done right the first time. David is always very professional and I have never had a problem with any of the work he has done for me over the years, because of this I have recommended David to many people including my own parents who he has done work for.read more
