My heating and hot water gave up on Sunday 8 February. I sense that the problem was with the wiring and contacted David , who arrived as promised on... Monday afternoon to assess the situation and let me have a price for a re-wire. (The wiring dated back to when the house was built, and had been adapted to incorporate updated control systems.)
